These terms govern your use of Finmatchly. They're written to be readable, but they are a binding agreement — please read them.
Welcome to Finmatchly. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Finmatchly (“Finmatchly,” “we,” “us”) governing your access to and use of finmatchly.com and its content (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Illustrative figures and no guarantee of accuracy
The rates, APRs, fees, premiums, APYs, rewards, and other figures shown on the Site are illustrative editorial estimates intended to help you compare products on a like-for-like basis. They are not quotes, offers, or commitments, and they may differ — sometimes substantially — from the terms you're actually offered, which depend on your credit, income, location, and other factors. Pricing and product terms change frequently and may be out of date by the time you read them. Always verify current rates, fees, and terms on the provider's own website before applying or purchasing. We work to keep our content accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current, or error-free.
We are not the provider
Finmatchly is not a lender, bank, insurer, broker, or financial advisor. We don't originate loans, issue cards, sell insurance, or open accounts. Any product you apply for or purchase is offered by the third-party provider under their own terms, and your relationship for that product is with them, not us. We aren't a party to, and aren't responsible for, any transaction between you and a provider.
Affiliate relationships
Finmatchly earns commissions from some of the companies we feature when you visit them through our links. This is explained in full in our Advertiser Disclosure. These relationships help fund the Site and, as described in our rating methodology, do not affect our editorial ratings or rankings.
Third-party sites and content
The Site links to third-party websites we don't operate or control. We provide these links for convenience and don't endorse or take responsibility for the content, products, policies, or practices of those sites. Once you leave Finmatchly, the destination site's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Copy, scrape, republish, or redistribute our content without permission, except as allowed by law.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' data.
- Introduce malware, or use bots or automated means to overload or interfere with the Site.
Intellectual property
The Site's content — text, reviews, ratings, design, logos, and the “Finmatchly” name — is owned by Finmatchly or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view and use the Site for your own non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved. Third-party brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information is accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finmatchly and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site or any product you obtain through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Finmatchly harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
